?I like the packaging it comes in. Convenient to throw in your suit case and travel with. Also, they smell freaking amazing! Did not leave residue on my clothes and did not irritate my skin. Easy, smells good, whites seemed clean. No complaints as of yet. Just need to stop using chemicals on my clothes. I think I may use only this. Now I need chemical free softner sheets. I use vinegar sometimes and it works great. I just prefer a nice lasting scent.

?Clearlif is amazing. I did a clean comparison using Clearlif and my usual laundry soap. Clearlif did a better job on everyday washing, stain removal, and pet stains. I recently washed rugs from my kitchen (lots of different stain) and they washed up completely. The added plus is more space on my wash counter. No big bottles or boxes. No spills of soap on the floor. And finally I get a great clean laundry for a better price. Repeat purchase is great because I get a new bottle in the mail at just the right time.

I really like these detergent sheets. I was using another brand and I thought I liked them. Until after awhile I would take clothes out of the dresser and they just didn't smell clean. So I decided to try a different brand. I like these WAY better.
#1 They are perforated down the center. You can easily tear them in half to use a half sheet or a sheet and a half depending on your load size.
#2 They dissolve completely. No residue.
#3 They work. The clothes are clean. And they smell clean when I take them out of the dresser days later.
#4. No heavy bottles to lug home, pour from or throw in the land fill.
They make so much more sense.

I used a half a sheet in my high efficiency washing machine. It cleaned the clothes and didn't leave them overly scented. But having the box open in my garage / laundry room, which is approximately 15x15 ft, the fragrance is overwhelming and headache inducing. Unfortunately tossing the rest of the box and seeing if I can find something unscented.

I found that depending upon fabrics... sometimes I had to use more. and with some fabrics they did not completely dissolve.. so bottom line.. they were great in general,but there is a system to discover for best results.

First, I have to say I hope al manufacturers go to this efficient form of detergent. It just makes common sense. I can't judge the effectiveness of these sheets except over time - are the whites getting gray, are stains coming out of wash clothes/kitchen towels, etc. I use Persol (sp?) for blacks and vibrant colors so use the sheets for regular laundry. The main thing I like (assuming they are cleaning) is the size. This little box freed up space used by a big bottle of liquid soap in my small laundry room. I love the nice scent when a sheet comes out of the box, but it doesn't linger in the clothes after drying.

I have no idea why this isn't a bigger trend. It's so much easier to use compared to messy liquid detergent. And knowing it has a smaller impact on the environment is a huge plus. Never going back to the old stuff.

I don't enjoy "clean linen" scent as much as my husband, but he says these smell fine. Seems to do the job at the same price point as the plastic jug detergents with less guilt. I'm sensitive to some detergents, but these don't give me hives. Great for travel!

We often stay at rental condos when we travel to the beach. Since we have to bring all of own supplies, these very light weight and easily transportable washer sheets are far superior than having to lug a heavier liquid detergent bottle. We use these to wash swimsuits and towels and they do a perfectly good job. Have not tried them on really heavily soiled items yet.

There are several things I really like about this product and can highly recommend:
1. Small package fits easily into tiny storage areas making it, not only perfect for at home in the laundry room, but for travel, dorm rooms, apartments, etc.
2. The scent is really fresh and clean - love the smell of fresh linen.
3. I have an HE washing machine and this was very low-sudsing and completely dissolved in both hot and cold wash loads.
4. I used a full sheet for each of my medium sized loads so I will get 65 loads from this package. If you are doing smaller loads or larger, full capacity loads, you can tear in half. Experiment.
5. The clothes were clean and regular stains (makeup, grease, dirt) were removed.
6. Less messy than liquid or powder and requires no measuring container
Great alternative to my regular washing procedures and I definitely would buy again.

I, like a previous reviewer, am tired of lugging big heavy jugs of detergent so I though I’d try the Clearalif detergent sheets. I’m 82 and have Arthritis in my hands and lifting those heavy jugs are a real killer.
I did two loads of laundry today and I’m sold on this product. The laundry came out clean and smelled really nice. I definitely will order more. If your tired of plastic jugs and tight lids that can be almost impossible to open then try these. I think you will love them too!

We just got back from an international trip and I used these while we were gone. They worked perfectly! I was able to put a few into a zip lock bag to take with us. I used two per load to make sure my clothes got cleaned. They came out nice and clean and smelled great! Usually when we travel abroad we either have to pay to buy detergent at the laundromat or keep our fingers crossed that there's some available where we're staying. Now with these we don't have to worry about that. They're compact, effective and exactly what you need if you do laundry on extended vacations!

I really love the fresh linen scent on these laundry detergent sheets. Leaves my clothes smelling fabulous, even after it dries. These melt instantly when water touches it, no leftover mess. The box comes with 65 sheets and one sheet is split into two with perforations in the middle to separate easily. I have a small washer and usually use the smallest load when doing my laundry at the end of the day. I use half a sheet and it’s enough for one change of summer clothes (shorts, short sleeve blouse, bra and maybe a pair socks). Good amount of bubbles. Check the pictures I posted. These are perfect for traveling when bringing liquid detergent can be heavy and messy. Also perfect for those that does their laundry outside. A little more pricey vs normal liquid detergent but it’s one of the more affordable laundry detergent sheets I’ve used and one of the best smelling. I’m very satisfied with these.

My husband thought these were dryer sheets, so he put two sheets(why two???) into our dryer...these sheets magically didn’t melt or stick on our clothes at all. Just broke a bit on the edge. Other than this, these are really good quality detergent sheets, the scent is pleasant fresh linen. Worth a try!

In an effort to reduce my carbon footprint I decided to try sheet detergent. In my top-loading washer, these dissolved and cleaned fine. I really like these handy, hard-working laundry detergent sheets. I have tried numerous low waste alternatives to liquids, and these are among the best in terms of being gentle on sensitive skin and good for stains. I found these rinses completely and clean great. Use 1/2 sheet for just a few items, 1 sheet for small to medium loads, and 2 sheets for large to x-large loads. Fresh scent without being too perfumed. So far no fading of clothes or white streaks. Still need a dryer sheet or laundry softener. Will reorder!

My washing machine was out for few weeks. So I had to go to the laundry. What was nice is that I took this little box with me. I didn't have to lug around a huge box or laundry jug. It was easy to take this box of "detergent" to the laundromat.
There are sheets and a cut line to use half of the sheet if you need. The clothes come out clean, they smell clean. I like using these, especially when I have run out of other detergent! Very handy to use.

I've been looking for a good laundry detergent option that's environmentally friendly and this one is a hit! The strips are easy to tear off, so even my young kids can start a load of laundry, and they work well. The scent is nice and not too strong, and I love that there's no plastic packaging.

CLEARALIF Laundry Detergent Sheet (65 Sheets), Fresh Linen Scent, Powerful Clean & Zero Waste is true! I was skeptical but I wanted to give it a try. I am getting older and picking up a heavy liquid detergent jug becomes more difficult every year. Pods have not worked well for me sometimes as they have not dissolved completely in the wash. After opening the box I noticed that there is a shiny side and a slightly rougher side to each sheet. I though there might be a liner holding each sheet, but they do not peel apart. Ok, I said to myself, in you go. I placed one sheet in a load of whites first. I added nothing else. The load washed beautifully. And surprise, there was nothing left in the washer but a wonderful fresh scent and clean towels. I did use a dryer sheet after the wash cycle. I then washed a load of colors. Feeling much more confident now, I was thrilled that my 100% cotton color fast napkins came out beautiful and grease and stain free. So for me, the positives of this new Clearalif detergent sheet, is its practicality, the scent, and the great cleaning power. Do I think I will never have to add a degreaser for heavy spots, or stain remover again, no. For general washing this is great. Takes a ton less space and very easy to just toss a sheet in the washer. Fool proof. This would also work well for camping or anyplace where space and weight need to be kept to a minimum. I got these simply because I want to use less plastic and waste but I was sold when we fostered four puppies that were about 6 weeks old and we had to constantly wash puppy towels. There was no remnants of any bowel movements or foul smell after washing them and if that doesn’t attest to their cleaning power I’m honestly not sure what would.

I have used two or three other brands of detergent sheets. This one is the first one I have used that seems closer to suitable for an American market. Like other detergent sheets, the instructions for this one include weighing your laundry and then then adding sheets based on the weight. Fortunately with these sheets, the instructions are given in pounds. For example, by machine for five pounds of laundry, I need 2 sheets, which is a medium to medium+ load in my machine.
The thing that kicks this up to five stars for me is that I had an accident and bled on my clothes. Too tired to use stain remover, I simply soaked them in cold water over night and then washed them with these sheets. They came out perfectly clean with no blood shadow spots. I am sold on this detergent. It works as well, or maybe even better, than the name brands.
This detergent also has a very pleasant "Fresh Linen" scent. I love the idea of having my detergent in a little flat box instead of a giant bottle. So these detergent sheets are great for a small apartment or house where storage is a premium. This is the first brand of detergent sheets I have tried that is approaching cost effective--about $.50 per medium load. Really the only down side is that it is a bit of a pain to weigh my laundry and figure out how much to use, but for many, the pros will out weigh this one con. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy to have found these laundry strips. First, to replace getting a big plastic jug every other month or so. The packaging is cardboard and recyclable. The laundry strips are so compact, portable and travel-friendly. I can take these with me on vacation, on a plane (without counting against liquids) or on my camping trips. Just be aware that you need to keep these strips from getting wet. I used a half-strip for a medium load and it worked well. My load was just as clean as with my usual liquid detergent. The scent was not overwhelming, just pleasantly minimal. Once dried, the scent was even more subtle, nothing that irritated or annoyed me.

My clothes don't get especially dirty, but do need to be laundered, of course. The strips get them clean and leave a nice fresh smell. I had read that laundry strips can fail to dissolve, so I just tear them into small pieces before tossing into the washing machine and they dissolve well.
My personal goal is to reduce plastic containers in my household as much as possible. These laundry strips help me reach that goal.

I'm a huge fan of these types of laundry sheets. I like that these do not irritate my sensitive skin. I use these mainly for my whites, my undergarments, etc. They are so much easier to handle than big bulky bottles of liquid. I really like these! These are great, especially if you have kids going off to college who need something easy to carry and store, or if you have to make a trip to the laundromat. These are lightweight and very simple to use. I use one sheet per load, but I don't have super dirty loads of clothes. If you have serious sweat, grease, mud or dirt you may need two sheets per load however I have never had to use two.
