You may request a refund within 365 days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the product.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@clearalif.com within 365 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number in the subject line, for example: "Clearalif123456 – Refund Request".
- Let us know the reason for your request. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach a photo.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@clearalif.com.
- If a subscription renewal has been charged but the order has not yet shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund for that renewal.
- If the renewal order has already shipped, it is eligible for a refund under the same terms as any other order described above.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
