If you are not 100% satisfied with our Clearalif products, we are happy to make it right for you! Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to hello@clearalif.com, and we will start the return process. We need proof of purchase (for example, your Clearalif order number, order confirmation email, purchase date, etc.).
To help you better, please include your order number and request in the subject line, for example:
Clearalif123456-replacement request.
Clearalif123456-return request.
If you encounter a problem with Clearalif products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach a detailed photo to the email so that our team can determine what we should do for you.
Note: We cannot pay any freight. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Clearalif are all final sales items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return process:
1. You can contact us by sending emails to hello@clearalif.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please attach your order number, order confirmation email, purchase date, etc.;
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package to this address: 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200-A, Reno, NV, 89502
Any items returned to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.
3. After receiving your returned goods, we will check and notify you, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically get a refund for the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.

Exceptions/non-refundable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific project, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Refund.
