Shipping Policy:
1. Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days and shipped out within 3 working days. Once the goods are taken away by the carrier, it will take a few days to arrive depending on the courier company. Once the order is shipped, all orders will include tracking information in the shipping confirmation email.
2. At present, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Other countries are still under development.
3. We charge a unified shipping fee of US$4 for the continental United States. If the order is over US$30, it's for free shipping.
4. We ship locally in the United States. All customs duties and fees are borne by CLEARALIF.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

If an item is a pre-sale item, it will be noted in the listing and is available for purchase before it hits our warehouse. Pre-sale items will ship as soon as they become available.
